TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 
1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions regulate the access, use, and contracting of services provided by Kayra Wild SRL (hereinafter “the Agency”), a company incorporated in Costa Rica and dedicated to organizing and marketing travel services, tours, and excursions.

By booking any service with the Agency, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

2. Nature of Services 

Kayra Wild SRL acts primarily as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers (hotels, guides, transport companies, airlines, local operators, etc.).

  • The Agency shall not be held liable for failures, delays, changes, accidents, losses, damages, or any other incidents caused by third parties.

  • The Agency’s liability is limited exclusively to the correct management and confirmation of the contracted reservations.

 
3. Bookings and Payments

  • For multi-day trips, the client must pay a 50% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 60 days before the trip start date.

  • For day trips, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash.

  • Payments are accepted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and Costa Rican Colones (CRC).

 
4. Prices

  • Prices published may be subject to change without prior notice due to provider rate adjustments, currency fluctuations, tax increases, or other external factors.

  • The Agency reserves the right to adjust final prices accordingly.

 
5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation more than 60 days prior to trip start: 100% refund minus administrative fees (variable depending on the case).

  • Cancellation 30–59 days prior: 50% refund of the total amount.

  • Cancellation less than 30 days prior: non-refundable.

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, border closures, provider cancellations, or cancellations by the Agency), 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, and the Agency will seek to provide equivalent alternatives.

 
6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Having valid and sufficient travel and medical insurance covering accidents, illness, loss, cancellations, and repatriation.

  • Managing their own immigration documents (passport, visas, vaccinations, or any other legal requirements).

  • Complying with the laws, customs, and regulations of Costa Rica and any other countries visited during the trip.

By booking with Kayra Wild SRL, the client expressly acknowledges and accepts these responsibilities.

 

 

7. Modifications and Cancellations by the Agency

  • The Agency reserves the right to modify itineraries, activities, or services for reasons related to weather, safety, availability, or other factors beyond its control.

  • In the event of a full cancellation of the trip by the Agency, the client will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

 
8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including itineraries, texts, photographs, logos, brands, and digital materials, are the intellectual property of Kayra Wild SRL or its collaborators and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.

  • The client agrees that photographs and videos taken during activities in which they participate may be used by the Agency for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly states otherwise in writing prior to the trip.

 
9. Liability Disclaimer

The Agency shall not be held liable for:

  • Accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, thefts, delays, or damages suffered by the client during the trip.

  • Cancellations or non-performance by third-party providers.

  • Consequences arising from the lack of proper travel documents, non-compliance with local regulations, or absence of travel insurance.

Booking any service with Kayra Wild SRL implies the express acceptance of this liability disclaimer.

 

 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt a process of mediation or arbitration.

  • If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be submitted to the courts of San José, Costa Rica.

 
11. Acceptance

Booking any service offered by Kayra Wild SRL implies the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
